Terms and Conditions

1. About these terms

These terms cover your use of the True North Surface Pros website. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Information on this site

We work to keep the information on this site accurate, but it is general information about our services and may change. It is not a quote or an offer.

Photos on this site show the kinds of surfaces we work on and are for illustration. Before-and-after images are labeled as samples where they appear.

3. Quotes and services

Every job is quoted on its own. A quote is based on the information and photos you provide, and the work, price and schedule for any job are what we agree with you for that job.

4. Quote request form

You can request a quote with the form on this site, or by calling, texting or emailing us. Sending a request does not book a job: a date or time you choose is a preference until we confirm it with you. We handle what you send as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Links to other websites

This site links to other websites, such as Google. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

6. Intellectual property

The True North Surface Pros name, logo and the content of this site belong to True North Surface Pros or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

This website is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website itself. Nothing here limits rights you have under Washington law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms, and the date at the top will change when we do. Questions? Call (360) 710-3521 or email truenorthsurfacepros@gmail.com.
