Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

True North Surface Pros is a hard surface cleaning and restoration business based in Bremerton, Washington. This policy explains what information we receive when you contact us or use this website, and how we use it.

2. Information you give us

When you call, text or email us, we receive what you choose to share: usually your name, phone number, email address, the area you are in and details or photos of the surface you want worked on.

When you send a quote request through this website, we receive your answers about the job (such as the type of property, the service, the surface, its rough size and the date and time you would prefer), your name, phone number, email address, the property address and any notes you add, along with the page you sent it from. The form asks you to agree to be contacted about your request before it is sent.

When you send a private message from our review page, we receive the star rating you chose, your message and the name, phone number and email address you enter. That message goes to the owner only and is not published.

3. How we use it

We use your information to answer your question, prepare a quote, schedule and carry out work you ask for, follow up on feedback and keep basic records of jobs. We contact you about your request by phone, text or email; message and data rates may apply to texts. We do not sell or rent your information.

4. Information collected automatically

This website uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits, so we can see which pages are useful. It does not use cookies, and it is set to record only the page address, without anything you type into a form. We do not use advertising pixels or tracking cookies.

Like any website, the hosting provider that serves these pages may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and operation.

Links to Google (for example, to leave a review) take you to Google, whose own privacy policy applies there.

5. Sharing

We share your information only with service providers that help us run the business (such as our phone, email, website hosting, analytics and customer management providers, which store website requests and send us a notice when one arrives), when the law requires it, or with your permission.

6. Retention and security

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires, and we take reasonable steps to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by calling (360) 710-3521 or emailing truenorthsurfacepros@gmail.com.

8. Children

Our services and this website are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy, and the date at the top will change when we do. Questions? Call (360) 710-3521 or email truenorthsurfacepros@gmail.com.
